Hi! my name is Silke, a Dutch woman, who loves nature, connecting with people, holistic health, slow traveling and journaling. I have had two big dreams for quite some time: living abroad & supporting others in a meaningful and healthy life.

I have often been alternating my focus between these two dreams. Until February 2024, where I finally decided to go abroad for an unlimited amount of time. Taking the time to combine living abroad with contributing in my unique way.

Without it being perfect at all, this is my dream life. Living slow paced in a foreign country while holding space for people. To let go, to grow, and to Be. Via intuitive guided conversations, personalised yoga and human circles.

The following themes often come by in my guidance:
– Acceptance (of our own feelings)
– Being kinder to ourselves
– Integrating more rest and relaxation
– Following desires from our true selves
– Moving out of our comfort zones
– Taking up space
– Honest communication
– Trust, joy and connection.

Besides giving you an idea on what themes I guide in, this list is also a reflection of themes that I have struggled with and continue to grow in.

History

Half way through my bachelor I ended up in a burn-out, while doing an internship in Indonesia. During my recovery I started to discover alternative tools for mental health (spirituality, nature, movement) which I started to explore from that time onwards.

After finishing my bachelor’s degree and traveling, the holistic life coach and mind-body practitioner course guided me on how to to integrate these aspects in my work with people. From there I started to build my own small coaching business, while working in physiatry.

The longing to bring more energetic- and bodywork in my way of guiding people. Brought me to do a yoga teacher training course.

After combining yoga and coaching for a while in a small town in the Netherlands, I strongly felt that it was time to take the next step. Moving abroad and allowing time to discover a way to combine ‘Dyn Wei’ with that.
