How?

Working intuitively doesn’t mean that there is no knowledge behind it. The opposite. Intuition combines all that we know. The things I’ve studied, experienced and all unconscious knowledge.

It does mean that every talk is accustomed to what is needed for you, in that precise moment.

Depending on what will be beneficial to you, a range of methods can be used. Such as guided meditation, energy work, writing exercises, and various tools to gain more self awareness, clarity and direction.
