My specialty is (private) personalised yoga. This includes a small talk to get to know you and your current needs, before we move into meditation and yoga postures. To create an experience that aligns with your mental, energetic, spiritual and physical needs. Which will improve your health in all aspects and give you something to bring with you wherever you go next. More than just one moment of relaxation.
